The Infamous 9/11 Flag Hangs in Front of State Capitol


The iconic 9/11 flag will be raised in front of the state capitol today at 2 p.m.

The famous flag which was raised in the rubble after the 9/11 attacks will fly in front of the Arizona State Capitol today starting at 2 p.m. The flag was thought to have been lost for years but was recently found thousands of miles away from where it was pictured at Ground Zero. Governor Doug Ducey and Secretary Michele Reagan said that they were excited to welcome the flag to Arizona and asked people to remember all of the lives that were lost during that horrific day.
