Turns out a slice of pizza is a more balanced breakfast than a bowl of cereal.
Dietitians say pizza, as opposed to most cereal, has protein, good carbs and maybe even some vegetables. Not to mention, a slice of pizza will keep you fuller longer so you’re not snacking all morning long.
But here’s the climax…

They stop short of calling pizza a “health food.” I think we all can agree it’s not the most nutritious option to start your day, but when compared to a bowl of sugary cereal, it doesn’t look half bad.
