Disneyland Celebrates Its 63rd Anniversary

Disneyland Paris

Disneyland celebrated its 63rd anniversary on Tuesday.

They celebrated the event with a “Happiest March on Earth” parade.

The park opened July 17, 1955. It was originally built on a 160-acre orange grove and the very first admission ticket was sold for just a dollar to Roy Disney, Walt Disney’s brother.

Since the opening, over 600 million guests have visited the beloved park, and they certainly paid more than a dollar to get in.
