Sometimes we just need a moment to talk it out, and that’s exactly what Demi Lovato is looking to do with her 2018 tour.
The 25-year-old singer has had her own share of mental health obstacles throughout her life and is now looking to help her fans with inspirational speeches, group therapy and wellness workshops before each one of her concerts.
“It’s basically like a therapy session before the concerts and we have speakers from all over and we’re also helping out with different charities from around the country,” Lovato said in an interview with Good Morning America, calling it an “inspiring experience.”
This isn’t Lovato’s first shot at pre-concert therapy sessions. She offered the same experience to fans back in 2016 for her Future Now tour.
Lovato comes to Taking Stick Resort Arena on March 4.
